I work in a warm and engaged manner, integrating psychodynamic, attachment, cultural attunement, mindfulness, cognitive, and harm reduction approaches.

I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples, with a specialization in issues relating to self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, communication, sexuality, gender, as well as issues of power/privilege and cultural differences. I work with couples in diverse relationships and am a Certified EFT Couples Therapist.

I have been a practicing psychotherapist since 2005 and have worked in hospital inpatient units, community based mental health, outpatient clinics, and private practice. I integrate psychodynamic, attachment, mindfulness, and cognitive approaches to psychotherapy.
